Frequently Asked Questions

1
Why did you develop 911Interviews.com ?
This website was designed to help entry level candidates achieve success in what we feel is the most important part of the testing process, the interview.

2
How often do you add new material?
We add new material each month. We keep our videos fresh and constantly add documents to our Learning Center. Our Chief Chat and Lecture Series videos provide you with great persepectives and valuable tools. You’ll want to stay with us month after month so you don’t miss a thing.

3
Who reviews the videos and provides feedback?
We have compiled an amazing group of consultants, fire chiefs, officers, firefighters and fire science instructors representing the private sector and public safety. All of our evaluators are hand picked to provide you with great insight and have years of experience in their professions. We have selected evaluators who serve on interview panels, participate in hiring and are leaders in their organizations. Our evaluators are committed to helping you understand the perspective of the interview panel and provide you with valuable feedback to help you succeed. They are the best of the best.

4
How long should I maintain my membership?
We want you to stay with us until you're "ready". Typically, this will take about six months of hard work from you. We know that through our coaching and your practice you will reduce the length of time you spend testing. For the average candidate a subscription to our site costs less than their monthly "latte" bill. How much would you spend to better your chance of obtaining the career of a lifetime?

5
Can we provide you topics to discuss in the Lecture Series?
Yes, we welcome your feedback and suggestions. We have great lessons already planned, but we value your comments and suggestions, just send us an email.
